Hi! 🙂

So you clicked Duplicate on this template, and I hope you’re enjoying it so far, and making this template your own.

This page is a quick walk-through of this template. If you are a long-time Notion user, you will be familiar with the various widgets/layouts/templates in Notion. However, if you are new, or you haven’t used Notion for a long time, let me give you a little walk-through.

The monthly overview

So, technically, it’s a calendar, but the monthly overview serves as a quick glimpse of your tasks, deliverables, or commitments for the month.

To add an appointment or task, just hover on the date, and you will see a plus (+) sign. Click that plus sign, and you can add in important details regarding your task or appointment/commitment.

Let’s use April 1 as an example. When you click on the plus sign, you’ll see another page that looks like this:

Here, you’ll immediately see the due date, which is for April 1. You will also be able to see how many days until the appointment, or your “deadline” to do that task. So, let’s say you’ve added a task, “Buy cat food” on April 1.

For the status, you can change that, too, as well as the tags for how often you do the task. You can also change the task category too!
